Bank Lofts is a new premier luxury rental community in the heart of San Pedro’s downtown artist district. Consisting of 89 new residences, Bank Lofts promises to be downtown’s new celebrity address.

Located at the corner of West 7th Street and Mesa Avenue, the existing historical Bank of San Pedro building will be retrofitted with approximately 3,300 square feet of ground floor commercial uses, new flats on the second floor, and new two-story loft-style penthouses constructed on the present roof level.

The community provides secured subterranean parking garages, with four stories of residential development above. Lofts will range in size from approximately 975 square feet to over 2,600 square feet, and are a combination of flats, lofts with internal mezzanines, brownstone-style two-story lofts, and two-story penthouse lofts.
